Virtual Parties in HELLO! Magazine

Very excited for our Virtual Parties featured in HELLO! Magazine. We look forward to partying with you soon! As we navigate through this unusual time we wanted to let you know we are still here for you and ready to celebrate with you, albeit at the moment virtually!

Our virtual parties still include all the Bedazzle style with interactive magic, games, storytelling, dancing, treasure hunts and lots more! We design each party to suit the age group, number of children attending, theme where possible and add any extra special personal touches. We also allow time for the birthday cake and singing the all important song.

Virtual parties are operated through a password protected Zoom meeting which you can share with your friends and family. There is no limited to the numbers and we have now hosted parties all over the world so its a wonderful way to connect with everyone wherever you are based.

Halloween!!

So trick or treat may be off the cards but Halloween fun isn’t! We are on hand to dress your house with amazing balloons, decorations, autumn wreaths, flower displays and dress the dinner table with spooky place settings. Not forgetting we can provide you with craft kits and virtual entertainers to keep the children happy and entertained this half term. Please get in touch for further details.

Covid-19 Update

We know the past few months have been extremely difficult and as we all navigate through the ‘new normal’ we are adjusting as best we can so we can start getting back to having mini celebrations. We are pleased to say we are taking bookings now and we really cannot wait to see you all again in person!

**UPDATE: During Lockdown 3 we are able to offer virtual entertainers and doorstop decorations.

Thank you to all our wonderful clients for the continued support during this time.

We are very pleased to say we have adapted our services so we can continue delivering exciting celebrations.

We have adapted our party programme to be in line with government guidelines and put extra necessary measures in place to ensure everyone can enjoy themselves safely.

Here are some of the things we are doing to ensure this:

  • Our entertainers have adapted classic games and created new ones allowing for lots of fun to be had whilst still meeting government guidelines promoting social distancing.

  • Equipment is throughly cleaned before each event and the entertainer will wash their hands regularly. As and when any props are required we will ensure sharing doesn’t take place outside of bubbles or households. We would ask that all guests wash their hands at the start of the event, during where required and before consuming any food or drink.

  • Our entertainer and all staff will remain two meters apart at all times and we ask that this is respected by all those attending. Including whilst we set up any decorations or equipment before, during and after the event.

  • Our services are provided on the assumption that members of the public are following the current government guidance on social distancing and expect this to be adhered to at the event. We are constantly monitoring the situation and adjusting accordingly. Please note rules and regulations may change at any time during your booking and we may need to alter what we are able to continue to be compliant with government guidelines. We therefore reserve the right to alter the requirements surrounding the booking at any time.

  • We will ask that those attending to confirm on entrance they do not have any Covid-19 symptoms and if they do they are not to attend the event.

  • Currently we are able to offer our services up to 6 people in attendance at any one time. 6 people includes all staff and guests. Under current guidelines it is against the law to host gatherings of more then 6 people, please note should we arrive and there be more then this number of guests in attendance at any one time we will not be able to offer our services. We have the right to stop our services at any time should the number of guests exceed this number and will leave the venue.

  • Please note it is the host’s responsibility at all times and will confirm in writing prior to the event they are following the current guidelines in place and will reconfirm this on the day of the event. We ask that should any member of the party develop symptoms up to 14 days after the event the host should inform all those in attendance so the necessary measures can be taken.

  • Inline with government guidelines a Risk Assessment will need to be carried out for each event.

Extra considerations to make the party extra amazing and safe!

  • We suggest avoiding candles being blown out on a cake if it is being shared. Either swapping for sparklers or perhaps serving separate individual cupcakes. With other food we would also recommend serving individual plates or boxes rather then offering a buffet or platter style catering.

  • Please ensure the venue is large enough for social distancing to be maintained and consider this when doing the guest list!

  • Host the event outdoors where possible.

  • Adults to be responsible at all times for any children in attendance and encourage good hand washing.

  • Where possible have a one way system in place.

  • And most of all have fun!!
